Welcome to my website

Please spend a few minutes to understand why I’m a candidate for the Supreme Court, what I will bring to the position, and why I will do more and do it better: Commitment and the Courage to do the Right Thing!

My site is different from other campaign web-sites. To make sure you get information you want; and not just what I’d like you to have, I provide a direct e-mail connection to receive your questions or comments. I will respond to each inquiry and I won’t be sending you “canned” or “stock” answers generalized to duck an issue or to avoid ruffling feathers. We may not agree, but you will be listened to and your concern or point carefully considered. In other words, you will be treated the way you would like to be if you had a court case. The Golden Rule is always in effect. Straight questions get straight answers.

Posted under the “Q & A” tab are my answers to questions of general interest asked by others. I try to make thorough responses so my answers may be lengthy, but also informative. Bolded headers will help you quickly find my views on a particular issue. This section will be added to and updated during the campaign.

“About Frank” gives a quick narrative overview of my life and interests. For those who want all the details there is a link to “My Resume.”

“Issues” describes matters of particular concern to me, and should be to the citizens of the State. I will also tell you how I think they could be addressed. I am not, however, a person who thinks he has all the answers. Such a person will never be a good or fair judge. The Supreme Court is a collegial group and respectful, thoughtful discussion with understanding of all views is the way to create decisions which best serve justice and the people of the State. After all, they become part of the law of Washington. But I will never hesitate to speak up or out if something is not right. Justice is hard to define in its infinite aspects. To paraphrase Justice Potter Stewart, I know injustice when I see it, and I will always stand against it.
